screenshot with no prior warning.
Although each and
every file sent to us is checked for threats, we CANNOT guarantee
that they will not harm your computer. Nintencast CANNOT be held
responsible for any files downloaded onto your computer.
Nintencast has the
right to refuse to upload any file.
The rating of each
file will be rated by a member of staff on Nintencast. We will be
fair and decisive.
Nintencast will try
its hardest to upload a file within the 24 - 48 hour time frame,
but during peak times, this may not be possible.
All emails must be
titled with the correct subject and contain the file, otherwise
Nintencast will not upload the file.
You will receive an
email from Nintencast when your file is uploaded.
Nintencast, at any
time, may change the terms and conditions or may stop allowing
user to upload Super Smash Brothers Brawl media. We reserve these
rights.
By sending your 'Brawl
stages / videos / screenshots to Nintencast, you are agreeing to
all the above terms and conditions.
If, at any point, you
want you account / stage/ video / screenshot deleted, please send
an email to brawl@nintencast.com with a subject header of delete.
Please then, state your username you used to upload the creations
along with the title of the item you wish to delete and we'll
delete it within the 24 - 48 hour time frame.
